Students celebrated the Lunar new year, with good friends, good food, and dumplings! The kitchen was bustling with activity throughout the day as students enjoyed each others company, and brought in the new year.

January 23, 2009: Happy Hour Party
Happy Hour ends when the first person leaves the bar!
Happy Hour ended just after midnight, as students needed to leave for many reasons. Even after happy hour ended students stayed and partied the night away to the tunes of DJ Ali!
January 22, 2009: Karaoke
Students were shy to take part in Karaoke at Chaos!
Although the participation in the evening was minimal, the turn out was actually quite good.
For future karaoke nights we may provide a drink special in order to enhance the necessary liquid courage aspect of the evening :)

January 16, 2009: Black and White Party
The first theme party of the term was the Black and White Party!
The drink specials of the evening were Black and White Russians.
Students took joy the the simple attire requirement, and mingled as the danced and partied to the music provided by DJ Ali!
January 15, 2009: Ice Breaker and Ice Breaker After Party
The "ICE" was officially broken at the first social event of the term!
The evening began with a lovely reception at the school complete with the anxiously awaited raclette, and extraordinary array of desserts. As new and old students wined and dined with faculty and staff everyone was provided the opportunity to get to know each other.
After the official school event, Chaos opened and gave the students and some faculty the chance to dance the night away to the variety of music provided by DJ Alexander Alexandrov.
Overall the night was a great success enjoyed by all!
January 9, 2009: Check Ins Begin
Check ins this term were a challange because of the MANY new students. It was an exciting challange, and we are very grateful to have so many new faces on campus! This should be a term full of fun!
