The second hike of summer term was a bit longer, a bit more challenging, and twice as breathtaking.
Paths along cliffs, though grassy green vallys, and directly upwards..Stopping to enjoy lunch, to milk a cow, and to learn how to make cheese this hike had it all.
At the end of the day we were all exhausted from the 8 hour walk, but grateful to have spent a day in such beautiful places and with such good company. We are lucky to have Mr. Ortiz for his determination and creativity while leading hiking trips!
